When and where is Origami Risk Elevate 2026?
Elevate 2026 will be in New Orleans, LA at the Hilton Riverfront. Monday, october 19th will be our hands-on training day, and Tuesday, October 20th - Thursday, October, 22nd will be our main conference, ending around noon on Thursday.
Who should attend Elevate?
All current and future Origami Risk users are welcome! Attendees range from brand new users to system experts, business analysts to CEOs, from industries such as Carriers, Risk Pools, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction, Retail, Public Entities, MGAs and more. Designed for insurance, risk management, and safety professionals from all industries, there is something for everyone at Elevate.
When do I need to book my hotel room?
You'll be able to book your room as soon as conference registration opens in April 2026. The availability of rooms on the Origami Risk room block are only guaranteed until September 25, 2026. If you need additional assistance with booking, you can reach the Hilton reservations team at 504-561-0500. Guests may select their requested stay dates via a link, which is coming soon. For those looking to reserve a room prior to/after the conference dates, pre-event and post-event availability is based on overall hotel inventory and will be reflected on the web link.
How do I register if a conference registration is included in my contract with Origami Risk?
If you have a conference pass in your contract with Origami, please reach out directly to your Account Manager, who can help you from there.
When can I register?
Registration for our 2025 conference will open on October 21, 2024. It will close on Friday, April 11th, 2025 at 6:00pm.
What do the Elevate registration fees cover?
Their fees cover 2.5 days of discussion sessions and hands-on training as well as availability of Origami experts for one-on-one sessions. Morning break, lunch and afternoon break if attending boot camp on Monday and then Breakfast, lunch and dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday and breakfast and mid morning break on Wednesday.
What is the cancellation policy for Elevate?
All sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you register but cannot attend, it is possible for someone else from your organization to attend in your place. Please reach out to your Account Manager to have your registration transferred.
If registration cost is included in our contract, how do I register without being charged?
Please contact your Origami Account Manager for instructions.
What types of sessions are available at Elevate?
- Hands-On Training Day: Our full-day of Hands-On sessions are offered in 2-hour sessions from 9 - 5 AM. Sessions will range for users from beginner to advanced. More information on session topics coming soon. Computers are not provided; please bring your own.

- One-on-One Sessions: Book a 30-minute session with an Origami expert for a curated session related to your account. Registration for one-on-ones will open in early 2025, with priority going to Early Bird conference registrants. Only a single session can be booked ahead of time. Scheduling while on-site at the conference is possible, but session availability is first come, first served.
At past conferences, Origami Risk would offer hands-on training sessions throughout the conference. Why was a change made to only offer hands-on training on Monday?

To deliver the best possible experience, we’re moving hands-on training to a dedicated one-day intensive session. This approach ensures deeper engagement, personalized instruction, and uninterrupted time to master practical skills—without competing with the excitement of keynotes, demos, and networking during the main conference. By offering this as an optional add-on, we give attendees the flexibility to customize their experience: join the full conference for insights and connections, and add the training day if you want a deep dive into hands-on learning.
I would like to speak at Elevate. How do I go about becoming a presenter?
The best way to showcase at Elevate is to connect with your Origami Risk Account Manager that you're interested. They can work with you on any potential ideas and submit them on your behalf to our Elevate Session Committee! For best practices, our Client Showcases provide the most value to our attendees when you are able to share your story where you have seen tangible results.
How do I register for a one-on-one session?
One-on-one signup will open two months before the conference - in August 2026. To make sure you are able to sign up for one-on-one's early, please ensure you have registered for the conference by July 2026. Emails will be sent to conference registrants at that time with the sign-up. One-on-ones fill it quickly, and not many slots will be available while onsite. Take advantage of early registration and sign-up!
