When can I register for Elevate 2027?

What do the registration fees cover?
Event registration fees cover access to the conference sessions and the opportunity to meet with Origami experts, including one-on-one sessions. Details on meals, receptions and optional bootcamp, hands on training and experiences will be shared closer to the event.
 

Will tax be charged?
Yes, tax will be charged. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please make sure we have your tax exemption on file with our finance team. If you need to pay via ACH, please email elevatesupport@origamirisk.com with your request.
 

How do I update my title or dietary restrictions after I register?
You can make changes through the link in your confirmation email.
 

My company requires us to pay via ACH or invoice. Is there an alternate payment method?
Yes, we accept ACH payments. Please email us at elevatesupport@origamirisk.com to coordinate.
 

How do I register if a conference registration is included in my contract with Origami Risk?
If a conference pass is included in your contract, please reach out directly to your Account Manager, who can assist you from there.
 

Is my registration transferable?
Yes. Please email us at elevatesupport@origamirisk.com to let us know you’d like a colleague in your organization to use your ticket. Provide their email, name, and job title. You can also transfer tickets directly in your registration portal once you've completed registration.
 

What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final, and we are unable to issue refunds. If Origami Risk cancels the event, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment within 60 days of the cancellation.

Where is Elevate 2027 being held?
Omni Dallas Hotel, 555 S. Lamar Street, Dallas, TX 75202, in downtown Dallas.

When do I need to book my hotel room? 

You can book your room as soon as conference registration opens. The Origami Risk room block at the Omni Dallas will be available for booking from when registration opens in early 2027 through September 28, 2027.

Which airport should I fly into?
Attendees can fly into Dallas/Fort Worth International or Dallas Love Field (DAL). Each airport is about 30 minutes from the conference hotel.

How do I get from Dallas Love Field (DAL) to the hotel?

• Rideshare or taxi: about 20 minutes. The cost is averaged $20–$25 one way, but fares vary with demand.
• Private car service: the hotel’s preferred provider, Four Seasons Limo (214-750-5466), lists about $65 for a sedan. 
• DART transit: take the Love Link to Inwood/Love Field Station, then continue by rail toward downtown. Use the DART trip planner or call 214-979-1111 for the exact connection. Union Station is about a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

How do I get from DFW Airport to the hotel?

• Rideshare or taxi: about 20–25 minutes. Past estimates have been roughly $30–$35 one way, but fares vary with demand.
• Private car service: Four Seasons Limo lists about $90 for a sedan.
• DART light rail: take the Orange Line from DFW Airport Station to West End Station, transfer to a Red or Blue Line train to Union Station, then walk about 7 minutes to the hotel.

Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes. The hotel’s garage has more than 1,000 spaces and connects directly to the hotel.

How much does parking cost?
Current published rates are:

• Self-parking: $30 overnight, with in-and-out privileges.
• Valet: $40 overnight.

Does the hotel have EV charging?
Yes, there is an EV charging station on site.

Where can I find the Elevate 2027 agenda?

The 2027 agenda isn’t available yet. We expect to publish it around April 2027, so please check back then. In the meantime, here’s what we offered in 2026 to give you an idea of the content.

What was offered at Elevate 2026?

The 2026  agenda can be found here. Bootcamps and Hands on Trainings were an additional add-on conference fee that happened before the main conference.

• System Administrator Bootcamp: An all-day introduction for System Administrators new to the Origami platform. Topics included managing users, roles and access groups, customizing forms and screens, setting up alerts and validations, and creating code tables, code dependencies and data entry events.
• End-User Bootcamp: An all-day introduction for End-Users new to the platform. Topics included general navigation, locations, incidents, claims, transactions, tasks, employees and contacts, policies, and basic reports and dashboards.
• Intermediate & Advanced Hands-On Training: A full day of 2-hour sessions from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Can I earn CEU credit for attending sessions?

Yes. We work with the CEU Institute to issue continuing education credits. If you attended Elevate 2026, your CEU credit will be emailed to you within 6 weeks of the event.  

Will Elevate 2027 have roundtables and where can I find more information on how to register?

We’ll share details about roundtables closer to the event, along with the 2027 agenda, which we expect to publish around April 2027.

What is a roundtable?
A roundtable is a small-group discussion, usually 6–10 attendees per table, that opens and closes the conference. Instead of another lecture-style session, you spend the time with your peers asking questions, reflecting on what you’ve heard, and turning it into a plan. At Elevate 2026, we featured both opening and closing roundtable sessions to bookend your conference experience. The opening roundtable helps you decide what matters most to you before the sessions begin. The closing roundtable helps you turn everything you’ve learned into next steps.

I would like to speak at Elevate. How do I become a presenter? 

Connect with your Origami Risk Account Manager and submit your interest to express your interest in speaking. They can work with you on potential ideas and submit them on your behalf to the Elevate Session Committee.

Client Showcases provide the most value to attendees when you are able to share a story with tangible, real-world results. 

What networking opportunities are available?
Elevate is a great place to meet fellow attendees, and there are many ways to connect throughout the conference. The event app will help you discover and connect with other attendees. 

Are there evening receptions?
Yes. We plan to host receptions during the conference. We’ll share details on dates and times closer to the event.

Will there be Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be provided to all guests throughout the conference.
