Designed for administrators, this 2-hour workshop will cover what an application interview is, why and when to use them, how to set up application interviews, scripts that can be used during the application, and completing applications.

Through guided exercises, you will learn how to design and configure applications that streamline interviews and ensure critical information is captured accurately.
